Myth 1. PROTEIN BLENDS WILL MAKE ME BULKY.

Myth #4. ALL PROTEIN IS CREATED EQUAL.

In addition, the most important amino acid is leucine, which is responsible for switching on the protein absorption process. Myth #5. PROTEIN WILL CAUSE YOUR KIDNEYS TO SHUTDOWN.
Unless you consume your protein shakes in gallon drums, cancel your appointment with the dialysis machine - your kidneys are going to be just fine. Drink lots of water each day to keep your kidneys in good shape and especially if you’re working out, prone to feeling dehydrated or planning a night out on the tiles.
