REBEL ARMY VS. RATE RACE. //
Calling all members of the Rebel Army.
It's time to put your money where your mouth is and join us in taking on the ultimate London Rat Race this August 13th.
WHAT IS RAT RACE?
Rat Race is a 10km, 35 obstacle race at London's Excel Centre on August 13th. For one time only we will be uniting the Rebel Army and instead of Riding, Rumbling and Reshaping, we will be swimming, crawling, jumping and sliding over London's toughest obstacles. From a 50ft water slide, giant inflatables and the biggest water jump in any UK race, it isn't for the light-hearted. The race also helps to raise money for homeless families in Britain. This is a totally unique challenge in London’s Docklands achievable by anyone with a sense of adventure and ready to give it their all.
What's a race without a little friendly competition? The Rebel Army will be split into 10 teams, lead by some of your favourite trainers; Melissa, Esmee, Jamal, Lisa, Robyn, Daniel, Ami, Alice, Tiago and Kim.
Once you have registered, NOTIFY US and let us know whose team you would prefer to be on by Friday June 3rd. Teams will be announced on the Week of June 6th.
Not only will we be racing on the day, but during the lead up to the day will be competing for the most sessions completed between 11th June and 13th August.
If you're already beasting #rebelsleeprepeat, you're laughing. Start hitting 4 sessions per week to increase your strength, stamina and fitness. Watch the studio brick walls for a new Rat Race leaderboard.
